It is with great pleasure that we welcome all current and prospective MPSC employees to the Spiral/TYBRIN/ProLogic Team for the MPSCII re-compete. Our team recognizes and appreciates the critical role each of you contributes toward the success of the MPSC, both today and in the future, and we will make every effort possible to ensure you know your value in this competition.

The MPSCII competition is expected to be aggressive and interesting. We expect and welcome challenges from other competitors bidding on this effort. You can expect inquiries from these companies in their attempts to have you join their team. Spiral Solutions firmly stands behind the core values of our company that have formed the foundation of our culminating successes.

While other competitors may promise extraordinary compensation packages, be wary of ambiguous verbiage that “may” promise certain benefits, or have entitlements subject to “certain criteria”. Taking care of our people and honesty are of the utmost importance at Spiral Solutions, and we WILL ensure that our employees are compensated with a generous benefits package, with no stipulations attached.

Employees are any company’s most valuable resource and we don’t take that for granted. Maintaining a happy workforce is our top priority. Members of our team will be in touch with you throughout the proposal process to address your concerns and/or collect any feedback you’d like to submit towards the re-compete efforts.
